There is cell service in Mule Creek, and high speed internet (DSL) can be brought to the property via the local phone company, giving the property full connectivity. 


Mule Creek is a micro-climate consisting of rolling grassland which makes it unique in an otherwise typical Southern New Mexico desert landscape.

Trailering to National Forest for riding is minutes away. 


While the acrage is unfenced, establishing post holes for fencing would be easily doable because of the loamy soil.
